Bloomin’ U-Pick
We built this farm to share it with you and we are so excited to open our U-Pick field this season! Come pick your very own organically grown flowers at the farm, right from our fields.
We’re located just 20 min from Missoula proper, an easy and quick trip. Bring a friend, your mom, your dad, your kiddos, your favorite aunts, and pick handfuls or buckets to take home! Many details below, please read before you come out.

$20 for a big handful of blooms, how many can you fit?
$60 to fill a black 8 liter bucket (plus $10 to take home the bucket if you forget your vessel). Enough blooms to fill 4-5 wide mouth mason jar bouquets.
$95 for a white 5-gallon bucket (plus $10 to take home the bucket if you forget your vessel).
Specialty cuts priced per stem, $1-$3
Payment due after harvest. You can Venmo @countyrailfarm or pay by check or cash.

what to bring.
A bucket, jar, or other vessel to transfer your blooms into. That will keep them fresh and hydrated for the journey home.
**no glass please**
A water bottle for YOU to stay hydrated. We do have some bottled water for purchase on site.
Sunscreen & hat. There is very little shade on the farm, and summers here get toasty!
Garden gloves are suggested as some stems can be prickly or cause a slight rash when harvested.
Snips/clippers. We will have a handful of clippers at the farm, but if you can bring your own that would be great! We will sanitize your clippers with bleach before you head out to harvest.
What we Provide:
Buckets for picking – $10 purchase fee if you forget yours to take your blooms home.
($10 return credit if you bring them back!)
Clippers – you’re welcome to bring your own, but we do have some clean and ready for your convenience!
Water – We have plenty of potable agua! We encourage you to bring your own water bottle but we do have bottled water for sale as well.
A farm stand stocked with veggies, eggs, more flowers, and honey, all for sale on U-Pick days!
$150 to reserve a 2-hour private U-Pick session or photoshoot space.
Session fee does not include blooms.
Private Sessions are open to groups up to 10 people.
Session fee is non-refundable.

No glass containers in the field
No smoking or alcohol permitted on the farm

Bees and pollinators are in full force at the farm during the season (and we like it that way!). Generally, they don’t cause any problems, but be aware when cutting flowers to not accidentally grab a bumble bee.
Uneven ground! Please wear appropriate shoes… and clothing too, for that matter.
Some plants and flowers can be toxic to children and animals if consumed. Please be observant of small children.
We do not have a public bathroom at this time on the farm. Please plan accordingly! *There is a bar just down the road if you are in need*
